AK: скоро means also "early or soon".
So you should better say быстро - fast or rapidly:
  (но я не говорю быстро).  

"but I not speak/speaking rapidly"

      Compare:
  Вы говорите очень быстро.   You speak very fast (very quick).

i.e. He loves you very much.

6 Он всегда голоден.   He (is) always hungry.

меня : me (direct (i.e. passive) object).
Я люблю : I love.
Она меня любит : she loves me [she me loves].

вас : you (pl.) (direct object.).
Вы любите : you (pl.) love.
Я вас люблю : I love you [I you (pl.) love].

Это [этё] [ett-tö]  (pronounce clearly, ett, and tö more weakly, like ter) : this, it.

Notice, as in English lov-e-ly, lov-able, the root in люб-лю, люб-езны.

sounded pa(d)jaLoosta, without the й; mind vibrated L (л Л).
6 Я голоден (mind vibrated L!) ;  literally : I (am) hungry.

Don't forget : ò is nearly an ah (before the stress);
ö is nearly an -er (after the stress).
For simplicity's sake, we suppress the accent of ă, and write a which you will know always represents the a of past.

Tweested English Section

 

No similarity in words (except for restaurant, ресторан) is any help to you in this lesson;
they are strangers that you meet for the first time; some look rather awful.
But, by living among them, you will become familiar with them.
For the time being, you have only to know them by sight, that is, to recognize them when you see them.
