庄立群想了一想, 问他的朋友道,
”’内线’足够可靠吗?”		 Zhuang Liqun gave thought about it for a second,
“Do you think the “internal connection” is reliable enough?”
zhuāng lì qún xiăng le yī xiăng, wèn tā de péngyou dào,
”’ nèi xiàn’ zúgòu kěkào ma?”		  
那人拿起桌上的空烟盒说,
”他提供的信息绝对可靠.
毕竟, 他有私人恩怨要我们帮忙.
不过完事后, 这人必定会成为后患.”		 The man pick up an empty cigarette pack from the table,
“The information he provided is sure enough reliable.
After all, he needs us to help him solve his own “troubles”.
However, he is surely to become a hidden jeopardy once we closed the ‘deal’.”
nà rén náqĭ zhuō shàng de kōng yānhé shuō,
” tā tígōng de xìnxī juéduì kěkào.
bìjìng, tā yŏu sīrén ēnyuàn yào wŏmen bāngmáng.
bùguò wán shìhòu, zhè rén bìdìng huì chéngwéi hòuhuàn.”		  
“那怎么办?” “Then what we should do?”
“ nà zěnmebàn?”  
那人并没有立即回答,
而是将那个空烟盒举到庄立群的面前,
然后一把将它捏成废纸,
并用一种冷酷的目光灼着他.
“那就连他一起解决. 一干二净.”		 The man didn’t answer right away.
Instead, he raised the empty pack to Zhuang Liqun.
At the blink of an eye, he crumbled it into a tiny ball.
He then coldly stared at Zhuang Liqun.
“Then we finish him as well, neatly.”
nà rén bìng méiyŏu lìjí huídá,
érshì jiāng nàge kōng yān hé, jŭ dào zhuāng lì qún de miànqián,
ránhòu yī bă jiāng tā niē chéng fèizhĭ,
bìng yòng yīzhŏng lěngkù de mùguāng zhuó zhe tā.
“ nà jiù lián tā yīqĭ jiějué. yīgān’èrjìng.”		  
说完,
那团废纸被扔进了桌边的垃圾桶.		 Following that word,
the tiny ball of paper flew into the garbage can at the foot of the table.

庄立群突觉嗓子发干,
浑身泛起一种异样的感觉. 		With a dried throat, Zhuang Liqun suddenly had a weird feeling.

húnshēn fàn qĭ yīzhŏng yìyàng de gănjué. 		 
好象坐在那儿的不是自己的,
而是别人的躯壳.
他伸展了一下发硬的背脊,
努力辨别着那种异样到底是什么.		 He didn’t feel like himself again.
He stretched his stiff back
and tried hard to figure out what exact feeling that was.

是厌恶. Disgusting. That was what it was.

就要学会习惯各种令自己不舒服的感觉. “
这是朋友经常挂在嘴边的一句话.		 “If you want to make big difference,
you have to get used to the discomforts that you feel from time to time.”
This was something that his friend used to say.

jiùyào xuéhuì xíguàn gèzhŏng lìng zìjĭ bùshūfu de gănjué. “

He suddenly had no time to think about anything else.

他要走得远远的, 销声匿迹,
然后再重新作人.		 Thereafter, he made up his minds to run away forever.
He planned to go somewhere far away, got disappeared,
and then lived again.

看着镜中那个不像自己的自己,
他有了一种幻觉.
是不是以后都要做另一个人了呢?
或者, 现在的自己,
已经穿越到了另一个人的世界里?		 Looking at the man in the mirror,
he cringed at the possibility
that he might have to live as somebody else since then.
Or maybe, the self he was in, has crossed into another man’s world?

庄立群万万没有想到,
他打回家的那个简短电话,
竟是他犯下的一个致命的错误.
一直在苦苦寻找他的刑警们,
从这个电话记录入手,
很快查清了来电的位置.

Zhuang Liqun didn’t realize at all
that the brief phone call he made to his family was a deadly mistake.
The police, who were searching for him day and night,
were able to trace him down from the record of that call.
