不動産屋: そうですねー。あ、この近くに４畳半のアパートがあるけど。
村上アグネス: もっと大きなお部屋はないですか。六畳ぐらいの。
不動産屋: えー、ご予算は？月どれくらい？
村上アグネス: まあ、５、６万円ぐらいで。出来れば駅から近い方がいいんですけど。
不動産屋: 駅の近くは少し高くなるけど。ああ、６万５千円で駅から徒歩五分って所があるよ。
村上アグネス: ああ、きれいな所ですね。他にはありますか？
不動産屋: 後は月５万円の所があるよ。新しくはないがアパートの二階で日当たりはいいね。駅からは少し歩くけど。
村上アグネス: どのくらいですか？
不動産屋: まあ、１５分ぐらいかな。
村上アグネス: 悪くはないですね。
不動産屋: ところでお嬢さんはどちらの方？
村上アグネス: 福島です。
不動産屋: へー、いい所だね。
村上アグネス: 何もありませんが。自然はきれいです。
不動産屋: この二つ見てみますか？
村上アグネス: はい。ぜひ。
不動産屋: 今日はこれから他の所を見せないといけないから、明日は空いてますか？
