1 Ольга, я не забываю,   Olga, I (do) not forget

      AK: this means: how the village is good

Before a feminine noun (ending in а), наш, our, becomes наша.
To-day we become acquainted with мы, we (subject) and нас, us (object),
and see for the first time the first person, plural, of the present indicative of verbs :
мы начинаем, we begin.

наша means "our feminine object'
наша деревня - our village (fem.)

beautiful - красивая (fem.)

буду (I will be) already contains a mark of first person singular (the ending -у)

Two instances of the agreement of adjectives :
спокойная, feminine, and чистый, masculine.

чистый - (he is) clear/pure

Деревня means either countryside or village.

 
  Место is either a place (post) or place (room).

место means a place, a spot
it can also mean "some room", but usually not a room in a house or a hotel
