On the toad to Hell
Black Rider is rushing/dashing
Bleak face
and strange glare of frozen (standing still) eyes.
He's envoy of (who's sent by ) Evil
Shadow of a before-death bird
As if through the aim-sight he's seeing us (watching us)

AK: This means "I have no time"
некогда means /state of absence of free time/, /state of someone's hurrying/
       
1 У меня дома есть письмо для вас;   At my house [with me at home] there is (a) letter for you;
     

AK: Word by word it is
"On/at me home is/be letter for you (pl.)."

Compare:
"with me at home" would be "со мной дома"
       
2 хотите-ли вы его (2) сейчас?   do you want it immediately?
     

AK: This means "Do you (pl.) want it now?"
 

хотите ли вы его взять?

  

Use this phrase (mind modern orthography) in a normal conversation.
"Do you want to take it?"

Я сейчас не могу итти (3) к вам (4);
мне некогда.

   I cannot go to your house [to you] immediately ;
I have not the time.
     

AK: итти (old spelling) = идти (to go or to be walking)
мне некогда = I have no free time
       
4 Ничего, я завтра...   It does not matter [(it is) nothing] ; to-morrow I...
     

AK: It's not clear, what will be "tomorrow" and/or who's speaking.
So here're two alternatives:
 

Ничего, я зайду завтра...

  

"It's nothing, I'll drop-in tomorrow..."
 

Ничего, я отдам вам завтра...

  

"It's nothing, I'll give (it, letter) to you tomorrow..."

AK : как раз [kak-raz] means here "at this moment when it's exactly appropriate"

AK: "hand-in him my letter", to speak without theatrics.

AK: It's not clear what is it all about. Compare:
  Он сам здесь? / Он здесь сам?  

He himself here?
Is he here alone?
       
2 Она хочет итти (идти) к вам сегодня или завтра.   She wants to go to your house to-day or to-morrow.
     

AK: This means
"She wants to go to you (to your pl. place) today or tomorrow.'
       
3 Знаете-ли вы, болен-ли он ещё?   (Do) you know (if) he (is) still ill?
  Знаете ли вы, болен ли он ещё?  

AK: It's written this way now.
болен ли = "ill /whether?/"
       
4 Он не может итти (идти) к вам.   He cannot go to your house.
 

Он не может пойти к вам.

 

AK: Use this instead, in a real conversation
"He cannot go to you."

   He (is) now at my house.
     

AK:
"у меня' means, in this particular phrase, "where I'm now, near me".
And not necessarily "at my house" - it can be anywhere where "I" am.

Его : a neuter (письмо (letter) is neuter) accusative, similar to the masculine one.

Его - him / it - a neuter accusative - "I accuse him / it"
письмо - letter - is a neuter-case word ("it")

Compare:
его письмо - his (man's) letter
дай его - give it

Here is an exceptional verb ; the infinitive does not end in : -ть ;
moreover it is irregular :
итти (eetee) to go;

я иду,
вы идёте (ееd'оtt'ĕ),
он идёт (eed'ot)
:
I go,
you (pl.) go,
he goes

Итти is also spelt идти.

-> a verb with an exception

It's идти now, not итти.

У (вас) implies immobility;
к (вам) motion.

Он у вас: he is at your home.
Он идёт к вам: he goes to your house.

Whereas у requires the genitive,
к is always followed by the dative.

It takes a euphonic о (ко) before мне.
Она у меня: she is at my home;
она идёт ко мне: she goes to my house.

У вас - at your place, you have
к вам - (to go) to your place

Он у вас - he's with you now (in this particular case, when no other words present)
Он идёт к вам - he goes to you (pl.), he goes to your (pl.) place

The ending ovitch after a Christian name means son of :
Иванович, son of Ivan.

 
  It is more usual to call oneself so than use one's surname.

-> Иванов Иван Иванович - Surname, Name, Patronymic
It is more usual to call someone so (Иванович), than to use his surname (Иванов).

Ему : to him, dative of он, he,
whose accusative is его, him.

-> to accuse him - обвинять его
