The imperative expresses a request or command.

It is used only in the 2nd person singular and the

1st and 2nd persons plural. The subject is never

used. The verb in its present tense is used, except

for the verbs avoir and кtre which conjugate as

follows:

                                avoir                 кtre

2nd pers. singular  aie                     sois

1st pers. plural       ayons                soyons

2nd pers. plural      ayez                  soyez

Note. In the 2nd person singular of -er verbs,

the final -s is dropped.

Повелительное наклонение выражает просьбу

или приказ и употребляется только во 2-м лице

ед. ч. или в 1-м и 2-м лице мн. ч. Подлежащее

всегда отсутствует. Глагол стоит в форме на-

стоящего времени. Глаголы avoir и кtre имеют

особое спряжение:

                                               avoir          кtre

2-е лицо ед. ч.                        aie               sois

1-е лицо мн. ч.                       ayons          soyons

2-е лицо мн. ч.                       ayez            soyez

Примечание: во 2-м лице ед. ч. повелительного  наклонения у глаголов на -er нет окончания -s.
