The present conditional is formed by adding the endings of the imperfect to the stems of the future tense.
As the stem of the verb savoir (to know, to know how to) is saur-, its present conditional is as follows:

         je saurais             nous saurions

         tu saurais             vous sauriez

         il saurait             ils sauraient

Example: 
Sauriez-vous où nous pourrions trouver quelque chose ?

Ils sauraient peut-être où vous pourriez louer un véhicule.

Условное наклонение настоящего времени образуется следующим образом:
основа будущего времени + окончания прошедшего незавершенного времени.
В будущем времени глагол savoir имеет основу saur- и спрягается так:

         je saurais              nous saurions

         tu saurais               vous sauriez

         il saurait               ils sauraient
